I would highly recommend Able Medilink. I went there looking for a walker/rollator for my Mom as she’s lacking stability and finding it hard to walk by herself. Ana, who served me, was lovely. She showed and compared for me a number of walkers they had in the shop and I was so impressed with her knowledge and attitude that I immediately went home and came back with Mom so she could try different walkers for herself. Ana patiently and cheerfully showed and explained different walkers to Mom, who then made an informed decision in choosing one that suited her the best. It has now been a number of weeks since we bought it and Mom is very happy with her decision. I would not hesitate in recommending this shop to anyone. It’s truly is a great service with a lovely smile.

I cannot speak highly enough about the friendly and helpful service I received from Anastasia (Ana) when I needed to purchase a walker for my sister. When you are dealing with the worry of a loved one who is ill, it means the world to find someone supportive and proactive. Anastasia asked me my sister’s height after I’d phoned to inquire about the walker, and when I arrived at Able Medilink’s Bentleigh store to see it, she had it all set up and ready. (It’s fantastic.) And she gave me a small senior’s discount, which I also really appreciated. Totally recommend.

I just purchased a rollator from Able medilink. I was impressed with the selection of rollators and the level of customer service I have received with my mother. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to understand my needs. They helped my mother find the perfect rollator for her need. They also had wheelchairs, toilet aids and shower aids, which we should be back again for them. Definitely recommend to everyone.
