I would highly recommend Able Medilink. I went there looking for a walker/rollator for my Mom as she’s lacking stability and finding it hard to walk by herself. Ana, who served me, was lovely. She showed and compared for me a number of walkers they had in the shop and I was so impressed with her knowledge and attitude that I immediately went home and came back with Mom so she could try different walkers for herself. Ana patiently and cheerfully showed and explained different walkers to Mom, who then made an informed decision in choosing one that suited her the best. It has now been a number of weeks since we bought it and Mom is very happy with her decision. I would not hesitate in recommending this shop to anyone. It’s truly is a great service with a lovely smile.

When you are dealing with the worry of a loved one who is ill, it means the world to find someone supportive and proactive. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to understand my needs. They helped my mother find the perfect rollator for her need.
